TURN THE CURVE EXERCISES

FPSI offers two Turn the Curve exercises as part of the Results Accountability 101 workshop. These exercises take a total of about 2 hours and there is usually time for one or the other in the afternoon session. Click below to view these exercises.


TURN THE CURVE - POPULATION: 6 person teams choose an indicator curve to turn and work through to their best ideas for an action plan in 50 minutes.

TURN THE CURVE - PROGRAM PERFORMANCE: 6 person teams choose a customer result for a program, service or agency and work through to their best ideas for an action plan in 60 minutes.
