Congratulations to the Inner East Community Health Service and Melbourne Citymission for their award from the State of Victoria for Innovation in the Nonprofit / Community Sector. Both agencies have been using Results-Based Accountability™ (RBA) to develop outcomes frameworks for their respective services. This award is due to recognition of the importance of RBA in challenging the traditional assumptions of organisational and consumer accountability.
