• These are overheads and formats which didn't make it into the main workbook but may still be useful in presenting the ideas of Results Accountability. Still more examples of performance measures can be found at www.raguide.org under questions 3.10 and 3.11.

• This additional material is presented in two parts. Part 1 provides additional examples of performance measures for a wide range of programs and services. Part 2 is a collection of charts and graphics developed over the years which might be of some use to somebody sometime. You can scan through this and print the pages you like. But be warned that this is a little like rummaging through someone's attic. Hope you find something useful.
